The Ophelia Dress features statement elasticized sleeves, tie up detail at bust, cut-out at back, ruched detailing at the waist and a frilled hem. The beautiful statement sleeves can also be styled off the shoulder. It has a center invisible zipper at the side and cut out at the back.
