Returns & Exchanges

At JAUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all JAUS tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
