The Piper Dress is gorgeous for so many occasions, graduation, bridal party and more. It has a shirred high neck collar, with two buttons at the back of the neck. It is made from a light weight fabric with textured polka dot fabric. It has sheer sleeves which are elasticized at the wrist of the sleeves. It has a concealed side zipper.
